Heart of Cole Valley Festival October 19, 2003

FIRST ANNUAL COLE VALLEY STREET PARTY: Cole Valley Festival Sunday, October 19, 2003 11am - 6pm Cole Street between Carl and Grattan. The merchants of Cole Valley are sponsoring a street fair to express their appreciation to the neighborhood for their support. Over 80 arts and crafts booths - top quality and mostly artists from our neighborhood. Festival t-shirts and limited-edition posters designed by Ron Donovan of Firehouse Kustom Rockart Co will be on sale. CVIA will have a booth with historic photos of the area. If you have a photo or a story to share, bring it along! Circus Arts: Members of the School of Circus Arts on Frederick will perform throughout the day. Live music: All of the music has roots in Cole Valley (at least one of the band members lives here.) MC Rory O'Conner, The House Jacks, Transcendental Hayride, ESQ (Extra Sonic Quartet), Chris Gallagher, Rhythm Kitchen, and Sista's in The Pit.
