Have you ever wanted to get together with a bunch of other bacon geeks and just geek out about bacon? What if there was an event specifically catered to bacon geeks to be able to share their favorite bacon treats with the world? Wouldn't it make sense to make it a competition complete with trophy and prizes? Of course it would.

Masterbacon is just such an event.

The bacon won't need any extra lubrication but I assume extra paper towels will be welcome?

i dreamed of MasterBacon last night... I'm hoping to see some nice classics in addition to some crazier dishes I know will show up.

Super-advanced bacon sandwich tip. Just keep it under your hats ..

White bread (unsweetened)
Tomato

The trick is to keep the bacon soft, dammit. Crispy is what you do to bacon which is more fat than pig to disguise the fact that it's less than 50% meat. Choose your bacon wisely and cook gently!

Bacon and more bacon....wrapped in butter....deep fat fried to a golden brown, dipped in chocolate. Mmmmmmmm
