A four day affair dedicated to chocolate?s many virtues, from the obvious, it tastes good, to the less obvious, it can be made into a really fashionable pant-suit. Wander through the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue, mesmerized by the edible work of professional chocolatiers and pastry chefs, gazing upon sculptures and fashion shows of the chocolate variety, and, of course, stuffing your face with all the free samples you can find. At 20$ a head, 12$ for students, there promises to be more than enough of those.
