Executive Chef Peter Birk personally selects some of the finest handcrafted Northwest brews available and creates a 5-course dinner that will transport you to food and beer heaven. With the brewmasters on hand to discuss their craft, this dinner is a deliciously educational event not to be missed. The lineup this time includes: Elysian Brewing, Flyer's Brewing, Maritime Pacific Brewing, Fish Brewing, Pike Brewing and Snoqualmie Falls Brewing. That's right - SIX BREWERIES! Menu available soon.
