In three short years, this dinner has become a cult classic. Executive Chef Peter Birk personally selects some of the finest handcrafted Northwest brews available and creates a 5-course dinner that will transport you to food and beer heaven. With the brewmasters on hand to discuss their craft, this dinner is a deliciously educational event not to be missed.
