The sixth annual Artisanal sake event at Chanterelle will be held on Monday, September 20th and Tuesday, September 21st as part of the year long celebration of Chanterelle's 25th-Anniversary. Renowned sake producers will personally bring rare sakes from their breweries in Japan for this exciting two-day event. Adding to the festive mood, dining room staff will be wearing traditional kimono from the individual sake houses.
A sumptuous nine-course Degustation menu will marry Chef David Waltuck's elegant French flavors with Master Sommelier Roger Dagorn's carefully selected artisanal sake made available for this special evening.
