A side project turned horribly awry, I built Upcoming.org in my free time and launched it in September 2003. After its acquisition by Yahoo! in 2005, I moved to Palo Alto to lead the team as we redesigned and integrated Upcoming with the Yahoo network.

In November 2007, I left Upcoming to pursue new projects. You can follow my thrilling adventures on my site, Waxy.org. I will always love Upcoming, the people that worked on it, and the community that made it so great. Thank you!
